I’m the type of girl who enjoys doing my hair, taking good care of my skin (I like it glowing), and painting my nails. I consider these things part of my “self-care” regiment. 

A self- care regiment consist of things you do to take care of or pamper yourself. Self-care time can range from minutes to days. From the simplest morning stretch to a much needed vacation.
