How ketosis helped me lose 30 pounds [023]

I was uncomfortable in my own body

I was a young mom uncomfortable in her own body trying to feel good when I looked at myself in the mirror. I really wanted to lose the extra pounds I was carrying around so I wouldn't have to keep hiding behind loose fitting clothes and excuses.

I wanted to be able to feel good in anything I wore and I could be confident in an outfit that's not a baggy jumpsuit.

The thing is I was struggling to stick to a diet. That meant I wasn’t able to feel good in anything I wore, let alone be confident in an outfit that's not a baggy jumpsuit.

To make things worse, I felt terrible because I couldn’t be the person I felt like on the inside because I was so self conscious.. I felt even worse about the situation because I knew that eating the right foods was the trick to getting into shape. I felt like a failure as a woman.

 “I was struggling to stick to a diet. That meant I wasn’t able to feel good in anything I wore.”

Traditional diet foods always tasted so bland and boring

The problem was that traditional diet foods always tasted so bland and boring. It was hard for me to stick to any diet for longer than a few days before finally giving up and binging on junk foods. Which meant that I could no longer lie to myself.

My choices were staring back at me in the mirror - literally, which forced me to take a good look at the choices I was making. I could not hide behind baggy clothes any longer..

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...

That's when I talked to my dad all about using the power of ketosis !

It was now crystal clear to me how to permanently lose stubborn fat, because I saw I could eat foods that actually tasted great and empowered my body to burn fat.

I also learned that exercise is not the best way to lose weight, you need to focus on eating the right foods instead.

As a result I created my very own meal plan.
After I did that, I started seeing results that I never thought were possible.

Suddenly, I was losing weight faster than I ever could have imagined. 14 pounds in 2 weeks to be exact. I dropped 2 whole pant sizes!

That’s when I realized that the secret to feeling good when I looked at myself in the mirror was changing the way I looked at food.

Emphasize ketosis while eating food I craved

My plan was to start creating a meal plan that emphasized ketosis while eating foods that I actually craved.

So I started working late nights to research the recipes that I already enjoyed. But we didn’t stop there.

We then experimented in my kitchen and figured out how to turn every single meal into a ketosis inducing recipe.

After that, we put everything together in my very first meal plan. But there was still a problem...

Every time I was ready to start a new week I had to create a new meal plan, it was very time-consuming to research and test every recipe. Sometimes it took more than 8 hours just to find enough recipes to test.

Not to mention I still had to calculate macros and organize a shopping list in order to get in-and-out of the grocery store faster than 2 hours.

It took way more time than I wanted it to and at times I felt very defeated. I mean I still had a life to live, work to do, and a family to take care of.

Speaking of family, oh boy was it a challenge to create enough recipes that they were willing to eat happily. They didn’t sign up to be on my diet for weight loss, but I knew they needed to eat right in order to grow big, strong, and have enough brain power to learn.

It took a lot of planning, time, and money to put together successful meals that the whole family could enjoy.

 “It took way more time than I wanted it to and at times I felt very defeated. I mean I still had a life to live, work to do, and a family to take care of.”

Eat, shop, and track results

We ended up getting so frustrated that we decided to create a complete kit that would make it super easy to eat, shop, and track results - by yourself..

We chose to call it “Keto Krusher Kit.”


We thought if we could create something that would make it possible to start eating for

results in less than an hour , we’d be really happy.
After 12 months and many late nights of researching, testing, and cooking, we created Keto Krusher Kit.

I can now stay in ketosis by eating real foods that I actually want to eat. No pricey diet pills, no nasty supplements, and no frustration. I can eat dessert without a care in the world and still burn fat. .

As a result of all this I were able to achieve the following:

Within one month I was able to drop 3 pant sizes and 30 pounds and 2 years later I have kept the weight off with ease! Today, I wear a size 4 pant and a size small blouse.

I have more energy than I have ever experienced in my life. I can do things longer, faster, and better. My mental Clarity game is off the charts. I just feel so good and so energized all around. I’m excited and ready to wake up each morning.

Besides the outward transformation (and more importantly), I feel confident in my own body. I thought that by losing weight I would find acceptance with myself. And I did find acceptance, but I also learned so much more.

I learned how to truly love myself.

I learned that I don’t have to be my own biggest critic.

I learned how to make mistakes, grow, and move forward without bashing myself.

I learned that it’s okay to be happy with where I am now, but I also need to love myself enough to strive so I can transform into my best self.

Once we started to let other young, working adults use the Keto Krusher Kit they experienced similar results!

Dream weight and self-acceptance

And in the end, all of this means I’m now able to have the energy it takes to run around with the kids, excel at work with mental clarity, and feel confident in my own skin.
