It only takes 3 ingredients to make this incredible keto buffalo wings recipe. Perfect for game days, party's, and simple family dinners.
I quickly want to take a moment to thank my dear husband. Who always takes the time to whip up some incredibly delicious keto buffalo wings.
This is one is his more simple buffalo wing recipe's. Although he didn't make this recipe with the intend of it being keto - is it!
The whole family enjoy this one!
- Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C)
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Lay chicken pieces flat on the foil. When the oven is ready, put the chicken inside the middle or low rack.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes. Turn the chicken pieces once halfway through.
- While the chicken is baking make the sauce. In a microwave safe bowl melt the butter.
- Mix the melted butter with the Buffalo sauce. Place on the side.
- Once the chicken is done place all the pieces in a large mixing bowl. Pour on the sauce mixture and toss the chicken until it's well coated.
- Enjoy with fresh celery sticks and a blue cheese dipping sauce!
*Notes: Feel free to use your favorite wing sauce. Make sure it has no sugar in the ingredient list.
I love this recipe so much because it's easy, fast, and tasty. Because most weekdays that's what I look for in my recipes. If you can go home and cook crazy extravagant meals every night you are incredible.
