Hemp seeds are a very diverse superfood. The slightly nutty and neutral flavor makes these little seeds a great add-in to just about any recipe. I normally put hemp seeds in salads, yogurt, and bakes goods.

Minerals like magnesium and potassium is important for bone health, muscles, blood pressure regulation,  and kidney health.

Omega 3 fatty acids help with heart, skin, and weight loss.

Does this choice excite you as much as it did me? I hope so, because now we have another excuse to enjoy dark chocolate guilt free.

Coconut milk and oil is highly used in my house. Maybe that's thanks to my Hawaiian background.

There's so many advantages to using coconut besides weight loss. Some of this perks include immunity boosts, anti aging, anti-inflammatory, heart health, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal.

Coconut has so many uses for both the inside and outside of the body thanks to saturated fats, calcium, manganese, vitamins K, E, C, and B.
